You may post the artwork with proper credit. Do NOT claim my work as your own.✦ A small signature will be included in the final artwork.
Versions posted by me will include a watermark.✦ Turnaround time varies from a few days to several weeks depending on complexity.
I am currently in college and commissions are a side job, so TAT may change if necessary (you will be notified if this happens).✦ Client-set deadlines may be accepted in select cases. A rush fee may apply.✦ Please respect the revision stages listed in the “Process” section.
Changes outside of those stages may require an additional fee.✦ References are required.
This includes character appearance, outfits, poses, background ideas, etc. Even for custom designs or written descriptions, visual references are necessary to ensure accuracy.✦ I will send multiple WIPs throughout the process (sketch, lineart, and coloring stages).

Remember communication goes both ways. I'll do my best to answer your messages and keep you updated, but you also need to be mindful on your side. You're free to take your time to respond — life gets busy — but please consider that if I send a sketch for revisions and I'm left on read for an entire day, I won’t be able to make progress. Let’s work together so the process goes as smoothly as possible ^ ^

Due to time zones, it might take some time. If you don’t receive a reply after 24 hours, please contact me again through another social media platform in case there was an issue.3 ✦ We will discuss the final price and any additional details that may not have been included in the template.
Once everything is confirmed, I will send an invoice through PayPal (either full payment or the first 50%, depending on the commission).✦ I WILL ONLY START WORKING ONCE PAYMENT (OR THE AGREED DEPOSIT) HAS BEEN RECEIVED. ✦4 ✦ If some aspects of the commission aren’t fully decided (such as poses or angles), I will create quick “scribbles” — simple lines and shapes to define the composition.

Once approved, I will move on to the sketch phase.5 ✦ After finishing the sketch, I will contact you for revisions.
Changes allowed here are smaller adjustments (hair length, clothing details, minor fixes, etc.).

We will have one final revision to confirm the flat colors before shading.7 ✦ After the shading is complete, I will send you a WIP preview along with the final invoice (if applicable).
Once the remaining payment is completed, you will receive the high-resolution finished artwork via email.8 ✦ Done!
